Leila plot

"The tragedy of a love torn apart by each partner's overeagerness to please the other."

Leila, a woman from a wealthy background, battles a painful reality: an everyday event that, however, resonates in the lives of everyone involved. At the beginning of her marriage, the young woman Leila finds out that she cannot have children. Reza, her husband, does not mind at all. He is able to live with this fact because he believes that they can live a happy life together without children. Reza's mother, a bold woman with four daughters and a son, is not so quick to accept the facts. She urges Leila to convince her husband to choose another woman.
