Penitentiary III plot
Too Sweet is a professional boxer. During a match, under the influence of a tonic drug, he kills his opponent. He is convicted of manslaughter and ends up in prison. There is a murderous regime, both on the part of the guards and of a group of prisoners. Too Sweet refuses to enter a boxing match. That will cost him dear. When one of his few boxing friends is beaten to death, Too Sweet vows revenge. But his opponent is under the influence of the drug.
