It was well put together, lots of jump scares, and the tension was well built up. Pure horror as it should be, on to the next part!!!

A good film about a man who has to deliver an organ to a hospital. A solid horror film with no fat, where plenty happens and it isn't too long. The nocturnal, wintry setting largely determines the atmosphere. The main character is entertainingly portrayed by Austin Abrams. Otherwise, this film has nothing to do with the earlier Resident Evil films.

I hadn't expected to end up in a kind of glorified Scary Movie. The genre is mislabeled; this is a horror-comedy, not horror.
Yes, there are some references to the games in it. Quite funny. And eventually the annoying main character dies (although as far as I'm concerned that could have happened after just 10 minutes). It's a shame that the entire film hinges on this comedian. The horror comedy setup isn't really my thing. The constant forced jokes detract a lot from the horror experience. It's probably a bit of a love it or hate it situation.
I had an entertaining evening with the 4D screening and the pace of the film. But I certainly didn't see a high-quality film.
