Roof Top Razzle-Dazzle plot

Charlie has a gift for his family: a brand-new TV. But as soon as he turns it on, all he sees is zigzag lines. He calls to complain and is told he needs to install an antenna. He refuses to pay anyone else to do it, convinced he can do it himself. But that's a bad decision.
