Tycoon plot

Los Angeles, 2028, just before the Summer Olympics. A livestock virus has left meat and poultry unavailable, just as a cockroach infestation ravages the city. Ideal conditions for a new business opportunity as the city searches for a new protein source. Two young men devise a plan amidst the paranoia and simmering anger of the oppressive urban environment.
