The year is 1998. Nineteen-year-old Se-ri, who goes to school in Busan, has never been able to confess her feelings to anyone because of her extremely curly hair, which she can't change. Long and slow, and as Stinissen already mentioned, a bit too much of a comedy. It doesn't help that the film is almost 120 minutes long—90 would have been plenty, as it's really trying to make the film drag on. And two days later, I've forgotten most of it. 2.0*.
