Voice of Shadows plot

Emma inherits her aunt Milda’s estate if she adheres to a number of specific and somewhat strange conditions. Emma is facing financial difficulties and sees this as a fortuitous – if tragic – way to get her and her boyfriend Gabriel out of their current situation. However, the rules and regulations of the agreement seem to be designed to keep Gabriel out of the picture as much as possible and he is not at all happy about that, especially when everyone is acting strangely, including Emma.
