Corazón Delator plot

Cold businessman Juan Manuel receives the heart of Pedro, a modest man. Feeling his personality change after the heart transplant, Juan decides to investigate the origin of his donor. When he meets the widow Valeria, Juan falls in love with her. He hides his identity and fights to save Pedro's neighborhood, without revealing that Pedro's heart beats in his chest.
