Bull is a chubby, well-behaved, average dog. He discovers that his owners have scheduled him to be neutered the next day. Bull's already neutered buddies Rocco, Fetch, and Lucky decide to take him out for one last night on the town so he can make the most of his balls before it's all over.

Nice.
The joke runs out before the running time is up, which also explains the rather lackluster ending. You'd hope that the one time Hollywood could do something right, they'd seize the opportunity, but no. Still, this is one of the very few animated films I've enjoyed watching in recent years.
