Love Me, Love Me Not plot
Ines, a headstrong erotica poet, is determined to realize her dream: publishing her own poetry collection. But when her best friend decides to move in together, Ines loses her balance. She is sucked into a stream of impulsive choices, while a distant past increasingly threatens to impose itself on her. Something that Ines runs away from, but the faster she runs, the more grip she loses on herself, her friendship and her dream.

Erotic poet and spoken word artist Ines [Nora El Koussour] is overjoyed when publicist Jozie Zwart [Olga Zuiderhoek] shows interest in her work. But Jozie thinks that Ines needs a clear vision and identity and therefore forces her to take a good look in the mirror. This confrontation has unforeseen, traumatic consequences. Sahir portrays Ines for an hour as a narcissistic, often unbearable loose projectile before she very abruptly pushes her into a victim role. The fact that she fails to show this change as a gradual process is the great shortcoming of this unbalanced psychological drama with a few caricatured characters that detract from the underlying theme.
