"In the face of evil, become a force of nature."
In the late eighteenth century, the young Japanese Tornado and her father travel around England with their puppet theater. When they cross paths with a brutal criminal gang, led by Sugarman and his son Little Sugar, they find themselves in dangerous waters. In the hope of starting over with a clean slate, Tornado wants to steal their gold, a loot the gang has just obtained after a robbery.
