Detective of Ming Dynasty plot

In the Ming Dynasty, two Shanxi generals, Qu Wei and Du Gu Jiu, are murdered while escorting treasures to Beijing. Their deaths are shrouded in mystery. By chance, "Meng Lao", the legendary sword of the generals, falls into the hands of Jiang Hu thief Lu Kun. He asks detective Mu Bin for help to prove his innocence. With only three days to solve the case, Mu Bin investigates the complex web of clues and uncovers the dark forces behind the murders.
