No Smoking plot

Goofy (who plays George Geef again) is extremely addicted to nicotine. He smokes while doing his income tax, before he goes to bed, after he wakes up in the morning, and he smokes at work. He eventually decides to quit. He quickly finds out that it's not that easy and everywhere he looks he's tempted to start again until he finally breaks.
