Gekijōban Mononoke: Karakasa plot

A medicine seller roams feudal Japan in search of demons, but he can only unleash his sword if he knows the form, truth, and reason that bind them together. His latest target is Ooku, a palace that only women can enter. When he arrives, two young women have arrived for their first day as maids: Asa and Kame. The former is a serious girl who wants to be a writer, and the cheerful Kame is enchanted by Ooku’s beauty. They are immediately drawn into events far more sinister than they had anticipated.
