"Filming ghosts isn't always a good idea."

Jason Greenwood films the ghost in his house. He hopes to find out what it wants. Three years later he starts filming his stories about the ghost and that turns out to be a bad idea.

Very cheap horror film that is somewhat reminiscent of Bad Ben, but that is certainly not a compliment to director Jason Day-Boisvert. It mainly means that it all looks terrible and spends far too much time on the strange actions of the main characters. At least half of The Ghost Footage is taken up with useless and uninteresting commentary about situations that you can also see in full view. When it does have to be haunted, the effects remain safely off-screen and you mainly hear some stuff falling or shifting in the background. Towards the end, Day-Boisvert works his way to a slightly better finale, but once it arrives it only lasts 30 seconds. All praise to the makers for building a horror film with the least resources, but many novice directors are significantly more creative and talented than this junk.
