Pest of Show plot

Doc, the stray cat, paints a portrait of a ballet dancer using the homely, drunken bulldog Champ, who wears a shortened skirt, as his model. Two street cats, looking over a fence, see Champ in his clothes and start cursing him. Champ slowly turns around and goes after the cats and in no time the studio is a mess.
