Chosen Family plot
Ann is a yoga teacher who cannot achieve inner peace. Her family drives her crazy, she is unlucky in love, she doesn't know how to say no and she wants to solve everyone's problems. One day she meets Steve, a nice and divorced father with a seven-year-old daughter named Lily. Ann thinks she's great, but the same can't be said about Lily. As Ann and Steve grow closer, Lily begins to become more jealous and competitive. Soon Ann becomes embroiled in the battle of her life with a seven-year-old.
