Black Tea plot
After refusing to say yes at the altar, Joice leaves the Ivory Coast to start a new life in China. In Guangzhou, she finds a job in a tea shop owned by Cai. As he teaches her the teachings of the tea ceremony, their relationship moves into high gear.

Aya gives her life a completely new twist by emigrating from Africa to a Chinese metropolis. She wisely left her future husband behind. Stern starts the film, but afterwards it becomes weak tea. Tea as a bond between her culture and the Chinese.
The budding and secret love with Cai is a bit forced. I thought it was poor and there wasn't much chemistry to be found. Some subplots here and there, such as the difficult relationship between the African community and China, but not enough to interest me. Shame.
