Menus-Plaisirs Les Troisgros plot

Chefs named Troisgros have been working in the same region in central France for generations. Michel Troisgros is about to transfer the 93-year-old top restaurant La Maison Troisgros, awarded three Michelin stars, to his son César. César, a fourth-generation chef, must manage the renowned restaurant and is assisted by his family. We also follow the livestock farmers, growers, cheese makers and wine growers who are part of the chain, and two other family businesses, Le Central and La Colline du Colombier, are discussed. Michel's other son Léo is chef at the latter.
