The Blind plot

Long before Duck Dynasty's Phil Robertson became a reality TV star, he was in love with Miss Kay and started a family, but his demons threatened to tear their lives apart. I don't know who reality star Phil Robertson is but this was a movie about a guy from the swamps, who has a sweet wife and kids and starts drinking under the influence of a bad friend (pun intended), but luckily his faith saves him through people around him who had already found faith. Phil is rewarded at the end with the invention of a whistle to lure the pintail duck so that they can shoot it out of the sky more easily and the whole family will earn enough money to drink lemonade together with their meals for the rest of their religious lives, but only after they say a prayer first.

It starts off nicely with some speed about how Phil and his wife get together, but then it quickly collapses, making the film seem way too long despite the 108 minutes playing time, it seemed like three hours. So think before you start (watching), to stay in the main theme of the film.
