How Dave and Emma Got Pregnant plot

A very infertile husband really wants to have a child with his wife. But no matter how hard they try, the man's sperm remains inactive, much to his chagrin. When his frustrated wife begins to gorge herself, her husband cherishes her expanding belly. He treats his wife's liposuction fat like his own baby, but strangely enough it does lead to a cure.
