Izumi plot

Ikushima, a young botanist, falls under the spell of Tachibana's handsome secretary, a wealthy landowner. Tachibana builds villas on his land that serve as second homes for townspeople, leading to conflict with local farmers who see their water supply at risk. Ikushima suspects that another source exists, and submits a request to investigate it.
