Three stories, intertwined for 24 hours, revolve around the difficult and perilous housing situation in Spain. Azucena is a mother who is in danger of losing her home because she and her husband can no longer pay their mortgage due to the economic crisis. Elderly woman Teodora helped her son open a shop, but the venture failed due to the crisis caused by the pandemic. Now the son is a construction worker and out of shame he does not answer his mother's calls because she is threatened with deportation. Lawyer and activist Rafa does everything possible to help the weakest. In doing so, he often neglects his own family.

I do like the remarkable roles of Luis Tosar, one of my favorite Spanish actors. Here as the very energetic street worker who works overtime and abandons his own family several times. His efforts and selflessness deserve praise, but to say that he is doing well is saying a lot. You would feel sorry for the fact that he is always late everywhere and cannot keep his promises, but he brings it upon himself...
We follow some families in the Madrid margins. A nice role again from Cruz. Dire situations of families with housing problems, debts, etc. Several families are followed, but the one with Cruz is by far the one that is discussed the most.
