Just a little bit too early.

Perhaps the filmmakers thought Clint would hang up his camera in 2000, but that's not how it turned out. Unless we were meant to understand the title as if he were just starting out, but then what's your documentary about?

It's also quite enjoyable to see all the talking heads; Morgan Freeman's voiceover is perfect and wonderfully soothing, bordering on soporific. But really, it's just more fun to watch one of Clint's films. You won't learn much new, anyway; five minutes of reading Wikipedia is much more useful for that.
