Wim Willaert remains a fascinating actor, both in reality and in his roles. Known to the general public through the comic series Nonkels and Eigen Kweek. Benny Claessens, the mime artist here, we know from Het familie De Pauw van weeer.
A bit of a strange short that I didn't get much of. A story about a wandering man, alienated from society where time stood still for him, but the world just kept turning. Melancholic almost how he wants to pick up the thread again, but doesn't know how. Not a smooth talker, but that old love - probably his only hold - doesn't rust.
