"See. Hear. Feel."
Two high school students grapple with the social media minefield about the dark side of online life. Seventeen-year-old friends Lisa and Sarah hope for a career in the ASMR world, but as their lives become increasingly dominated by their screens, they soon discover that their addiction also has a downside. When one becomes obsessed with porn and the other gets involved in an oppressive relationship with an older man, their youthful innocence is dragged into an adult world - and they're nowhere near ready for that. As events take a dark turn, they must harness the power of their friendship to overcome the toxic world and take matters into their own hands again.

Pleasantly surprised by this television film from Indonesia about the dangers of social media and the impact that abuse has on the victims. Beforehand I had not expected that a film from such a conservative country as Indonesia would have such a candid character. My mistake of course. So you see again that prejudices are often the equivalent of misjudgments. This is a fine film, for which director/writer Gina Noer and her crew deserve compliments.
