"To make hit records, Casablanca Records broke every rule"
A musical film about the most successful independent record company of all time - Casablanca Records - from record executive and co-founder Neil Bogart. The rock band KISS, Donna Summer, Gladys Knight, Bill Withers, Giorgio Moroder and The Village People all reached their peak in the 1970s under the "watchful ear" of the music industry's most colorful and brilliant producer. Together with many young music lovers, Casablanca Records would rewrite history and change the industry forever with 'the best soundtrack of our lives'. Their blend of creative madness and belief in each other shaped our culture and ultimately defined a generation.
