Tengaramon plot

Tomoatsu Godai (1836-1885) was captured by the British Navy in 1864 during the Anglo-Satsuma War. Together with other prisoners he was sent to England. There he became acquainted with industrialization. Back in Japan, he settled in Osaka. From there he began to reform the traditional Japanese economy with the knowledge he had acquired in England

Biopic about the founder of the modern Japanese economy. I don't know enough about it to make an informed judgement. The film itself is not very special to me. Leading actor Haruma Miura committed suicide five months before the film premiered.
