Karla is a radio presenter and is steadily approaching 40. Her nightly music format is successful, but her search for the ideal man has unfortunately still not paid off. Karla really wants to start a family of her own. Her biological clock is ticking; if she wants to get pregnant herself, it must be done quickly. So Karla decides to have a child without a partner. Her family is shocked and suddenly everyone has an opinion about it; both her divorced parents and her sisters. Fortunately, she is assisted by her friend Senay. But then Karla falls in love with Ole, who is a lot younger than herself. Should she conform to the expectations of others, or pursue her own dreams?

Disappointing tragicomedy about a middle-aged woman who is not very happy in love while she desperately wants a child. It's all a bit exaggerated and at some moments (e.g. the wedding and the role of the mother) the film goes off track. I'm not very fond of it.
