Mohammad Reza Pahlavi succeeded his father as Shah of Persia on September 16, 1941. He ruled Iran until 1979, when Ayatollah Khomeini came to power. This documentary paints a picture of the lives of both rivals, who have battled against each other for more than 30 years.
