The Outsiders plot
"A heartbreaking love story between a model student and a delinquent. There's a type of fish that are beautiful to look at but naturally territorial and can only be raised in isolation."
The student Yu Yen, daughter of a professor, grew up in a sheltered environment. She is confronted with unknown sides of life when she takes care of Yu Hao when he is injured in a fight with a street gang. That is the hesitant beginning of a relationship between two young people from completely different backgrounds.

Many fights in this sometimes hard film about the rivalry between two youth gangs. I'm not a fan of that, especially if it comes at the expense of romance, which hardly has room for in this coming-of-age film.
