"Every city has a breaking point."
The story is set during the large-scale riots in Los Angeles, 1992. An ex-criminal finds himself at his workplace together with his son at night during this period. The company where he works is suddenly ambushed by a violent group of people who are taking advantage of the riots.

Ray Liotta's final film. The actor had already filmed all scenes before he passed away in May 2022. In 2015, The Hollywood Reporter reported that Ice Cube and O'Shea Jackson Jr. had been cast in the film. However, these rumors were denied by Ice Cube's publicist. The film's original title was "April 29th, 1992."
The execution of the film feels a bit second-rate. For a B-movie that might not be so strange. Liotta is extremely strong in his final role as Lowell. A reasonable watch, but far from an excellent film.
