"When life hits a new low, reach for a new high."
London Ransom is a famous movie star whose world is turned upside down when he receives a message saying that the love of his life has broken up with him. Machine Gun Kelly is an artist that I have only recently started to follow more. I don't look up much about his lifestyle, but I see him fly by regularly and I also like his music. I used to know him mainly as someone who randomly passes by in films, nowadays I see him more in the foreground.
Good Mourning mainly seems to be a beast, a meeting between some friends who work on a project together, but can't resist playing a few jokes in between. Sometimes there seems to be a certain narrative, but in the end it's the comic aspect that continues to dominate in an expensive and bombastic background. A background in which people with colored hair walk in the foreground.
It's not very strong in terms of content, but in the end it runs smoothly and I can watch it well. The jokes follow each other in rapid succession and the fun regularly jumps out. The completely packed and busy approach makes it hard to get bored. In addition, the stunts are also big enough not to get monotonous. All in all, the film is of everything and that works, but together it doesn't come together very well. It remains a bit lazy, but I didn't think it was as bad as the internet claims it to be.
