The Scars of Ali Boulala plot

Ali Boulala became legendary in the 1990s for being the most eccentric skateboarder of his time. In 2007, Ali and his teammate Shane Cross had a tragic motorcycle accident. Both were heavily intoxicated when Ali crashed into a wall while Shane was in the back. Ali went into a coma, and Shane died instantly. Today Ali is sober after years of drug use. He bears the scars on his body and in his psyche, daily memories of the accident that haunts him. After a visit from one of his best friends from the skateboarding days, Ali gets the chance to confront his own emotional demons. He must decide whether he is ready to face his past, or whether some wounds cannot be healed.
