Rules of War plot

South Sudan split from Sudan more than ten years ago, but independence has not yielded much to the country. The area is still ravaged by violence and the protracted war between supporters and opponents of the president mainly kills civilians. In this documentary, Dutchman Albert Schoneveld, on behalf of the Red Cross, traverses the interior of South Sudan, ravaged by civil war. His mission: to make warring soldiers aware of the international rules of war.
