La Chute d'un Corps plot
One night, distraught by the absence of her husband on a business trip, Marthe has a one-night stand. That same evening, a young girl's body falls on the terrace of her apartment. As a result, she becomes involved in the mysterious practices of her upstairs neighbor, Mr. Nansoit. He turns out to be the leader of a strange cult and does not want to inform the police. Marthe is now confronted with the demands of her neighbor and with her own life and relationship problems.
