Influencer Scarlett Bailey returns to her hometown for her sister Maggie's wedding. There she discovers that her parents have sold the family home, also a bed-and-breakfast, to her ex Liam Perry and that Maggie cannot get married in her chosen location. Together with Liam, Scarlett decides to plan the wedding at the bed-and-breakfast, confronting her history with Liam. Then, when she's offered a dream job at one of New York's top restaurants, she's forced to make a choice between her career and her newfound feelings for Liam.
