dr. Felix Hoffmann is called for urgent help at the clinic. When a patient dies, Hoffmann suspects that this is not a natural death. He knew the man who worked on the cleaning crew at the clinic. When the file of the deceased also turns out to be missing, Hoffmann becomes even more suspicious. He and his girlfriend search for answers.
