Cabarete plot

Somalia, a good-hearted young man, is a kite surfer from the Dominican Republic who persuades his idol to train him for an upcoming tournament. When Somalia settles in Cabarete, he finds himself irresistibly drawn to the city's hedonistic nightlife. He has to choose between a life full of fun and pursuing his kitesurfing dream.
