Christmas in the Pines plot
Ariel Colt has secretly bought a vacation home for her family, but she discovers that the mysterious owner has also sold the cottage to the handsome Mark Henderson. They are both co-owners and the sales contract states that if one of them leaves the property, full ownership is automatically transferred to the other party. Now they have to stay in the house they both want to sort things out. They call on both of their families to help, but they all seem to get along so well that Christmas is coming to an end with no solution in sight.
