En Attendant un Miracle plot

Early in the morning, while the city of Lourdes is still asleep, the lifeless body of Doctor Delubac is discovered in a cave where, according to pilgrims, several apparitions have happened. Fiona Langlois, the local police chief, and Maxime Gardette, a newcomer to the police station, investigate the death of this doctor, who was a member of the International Medical Committee of Lourdes. This committee, which studies and validates so-called "miraculous" cures, was due to meet the next day to rule on some files of former patients.
