Alleen Vliegen plot

The cheeky Lily (19), a midwife in training, struggles with the complex relationship with her father. During the birth she assists, she pays more attention to the new father than to the newborn baby itself. Back at her childhood home, Lily faces a dilemma: to be vulnerable and confront her father with the possibility of being rejected, but perhaps getting what she longs for. Or be silent, safe and without risk, but always wondering how it could have been.
