"The crime that shocked the country."
In October 2002, the São Paulo police are called by 18-year-old Suzanne von Richthofen. When the agents arrive at her house, they find the lifeless bodies of her parents. The perpetrators turn out to be Daniel, Suzanne's friend, and his brother, but Suzanne herself is also involved. The film then tells the story of Suzanne and Daniel from their meeting three years earlier, told from Daniel's point of view.
