The Island plot

The doctor Robinson withdraws from the world and resides alone on an island. His peaceful existence is disrupted when migrants and representatives of NGOs, among others, find their way to the island. Also Friday, the sole survivor of a boat that left Africa for Italy, washes ashore and keeps him company.
