Jurek plot
Jerzy Kukuczka was a legendary mountaineer. He became the second person in the world to climb all the mountains over 8,000 meters high. This documentary tells the story of his achievements and the heights he managed to reach before his death in 1989.

Solid.
I did not know the best man Jurek. So now yes. This documentary is actually an extensive report on the Pole's climbing adventures during the 1980s. There are occasional images of his family, but I think it is more of a travelogue of sorts. The fact that he eventually died because of bad material is rather cynical: such a strong person and then having to die because of something so 'fussy'...
