Resurgence plot

CrossFit's organization focuses on a personal event in the midst of a global pandemic: developing a new competition format to limit a large field of athletes to just five men and five women. These athletes come together on a small ranch in California to take on all the challenges it takes to be crowned the fittest people in the world. The film follows the challenges and triumphs of these individuals.
