9 Days: From My Window in Aleppo plot

One morning in August 2012, Syrian photographer Issa Touma sees students dragging sandbags through the streets of Aleppo. It turns out to be the start of an uprising. From his home in the Syrian city, Touma uses his camera to record the first nine days of the uprising. He also documents the consequences of the fighting outside for him.
