The affable Catalan Roberto Martínez has been the national coach of the Belgian Red Devils since 2016. When he was appointed, many frowned. But under Martínez, winning has become the new normal for Belgium. In 2018 they took third place at the World Cup in Russia. However, Martínez does so much more for Belgian football. He installed an ultramodern way of working at all levels and in every branch of the football association. How and with whom does he do that?
