In de Ban van de Bom plot

Frits Veerman, the whistleblower who revealed the infamous nuclear espionage at the Urenco uranium enrichment plant in Almelo, died on February 23, 2021 in his hometown of Huizen. In the 1970s, Frits worked as a technician in a secret underground bunker of the Physical-Dynamic research laboratory in Amsterdam, where experiments were conducted with ultracentrifuge techniques to enrich uranium. Frits rings the bell when he discovers that a colleague of his, the Pakistani metal scientist Abdul Qadir Khan, is smuggling secret nuclear data out of the Netherlands.
