Mikio is burdened by the pressure to perform at the automation company where he works. His wife Haruko, to whom he has been married for five years, draws comic strips that, according to her publisher, are doing worse and worse with the public. She notices that Mikio is changing. According to the doctor, he is suffering from depression. Haruko forces her husband to resign. Through trial and error, Mikio slowly gets back up…
